I Think I'm Bipolar

I recently received a bipolar diagnosis, and it all finally makes sense—my manic episodes, impulsive decisions, and the constant highs and lows. I've always felt that something was off but could never quite pinpoint what it was.

The breaking point was when I lost my job, and almost lost my marriage. This all happened around the time that I decided I didn't need to take supplements and that a healthy diet was all I needed to manage my bipolar disorder. Suffice to say, it didn't end well.

That being said, I've created a blog of the supplements I have taken over the years that helped me manage the symptoms of my bipolar disorder. However, the real turning point happened after I decided to see a psychiatrist, get therapy, and get on medication. The supplements still help, but getting real medical help was the game changer.

I want to give you the tools, tips, and resources that helped me along my bipolar journey.

Supplements That Helped Me

Before my bipolar diagnosis, I often researched supplements to help manage my symptoms. These are what I found worked. As always, it's important to consult with your doctor before taking any of them.

This blog is based solely on my personal experiences and should not be taken as medical advice.
